In 2020, amidst a time of global uncertainty, I transitioned from Myanmar to Bahrain to explore a new market and culture.

Joining stc remotely and working for nine months before finally setting foot on this vibrant island broadened my perspective. The warmth and hospitality of the people here made Bahrain feel like home.

My work focused on digital experiences, customer growth programs, and innovative design strategies to elevate stc’s digital footprint.

Myanmar is a land of spirituality, rich culture, and some of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met. My time here exceeded every expectation—both personally and professionally.

At Ooredoo, I focused on customer value management and marketing automation, driving large-scale digital literacy initiatives such as Internet 101 and Facebook’s Free Basics to make the internet more accessible.

My journey with Idea Cellular (An Aditya Birla Group Company) started with multiple BSS transformations, launching products that touched the lives of over 230 million subscribers across India.

Later, I played a role in one of the largest telecom mergers—between Vodafone and Idea—to create Vi. This transformation involved designing campaigns and systems for 410 million subscribers across 23 business regions in one of the world's most diverse markets.

It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience—fast, intense, and truly magical.
